Whitespace deployed its Operational Lessons application, built within its Sovereign AI platform, to support the secure capture, structuring, and reuse of operational experience during active Royal Navy operations.
The application was designed to:
- Operate locally in edge and disconnected environments
- Capture and structure operational observations and lessons consistently
- Enable search, reuse, and analysis of operational knowledge during deployment
- Maintain governance, auditability, and security controls throughout
- Integrate with Defence operational workflows without external dependencies
The focus was on operational readiness and speed, ensuring the capability could be used in real mission conditions rather than as a post-deployment tool.
